This is once again... Gimmicked... meh... So this one is simply having a card shaking it and the pip falling off! Easily done with a flap or flipper card but since I'm terrible at doing that I'll explain it here and someone else will do it justice one day.
I'm not going to explain flap cards but I'm going to explain the pip falling off part. have a flap card go from the 8 of spades to the eight of spades. The eight of spades is perfect due to the easy placement of the spades in the middle sides of the card... making a missing pip easy to make onto a flap card on the card the flap turns into cut out the spade on the smaller side... then cut out the area behind the spade until it becomes just a spade shaped hole. now just take the space piece you cut out and put it next to (not in) its hole and set the flap card to go off. now all you need to do it shake the card and the pip will pop into the air when the flap flaps. you can also take the card and shake it into a spectators hand or something. The best part about this is that you can show the card both sides before you do it by covering the hole, that way when the hole appears its also an appearing hole. adding to the illusion of the spade falling right out onto their hand or popping into the air.
