Concept
There is a table underneath which there are a lot of strings pulled and you can manipulate these strings using the big toe from your feet. I've had this idea for so long but never got myself to doing it.
Having an entire table like this might be a bit too much, but having an object or two which you can manipulate using the two toes from your feet might bring a whole new dimension to your table routine.
I remember having one of those plastic flowers which would move when I would insert my pinky finger through a small loop at the bottom of the flower. If I pulled down on the loop, the flower would move chaotically left or right.
You could place a small puppet on the table, secure it so it can't move and have a few strings from its hands and head run through some holes in the table and looped around your foot toes.
If you want, you can ignore the entire idea with the table and just focus on this question: "What can I do with my feet underneath the table that will affect what I am doing above it?"
Sketch
You can make this into a nice comic, where the main characters are the toes and their job is to maneuver all those strings.
Or you can make a video sketch, where the magician's hands and feet cannot be seen (for he is seated at the table) and the cards seem to be doing everything by themselves. At the end, someone wants to expose him, by demanding to be shown what is going underneath the table. Upon coming towards the performer, the magician starts running away from the stage, all of the props following him (for they're ll tied to his fingers and toes).
