Concept
Personal journal app where the users never see their own entries.
Developed
You open the app. "What do you want to share today?" lights on the screen. You write a journal entry regarding your latest performance, your recently finished show, your day and how creating went today - anything that has to do with magic, performing, creating and teaching.
After you have finished writing, you hit send. The entry leaves your phone and is exchanged for someone else's entry.
Ideas
When you submit your entry, the app knows how many characters you've written and exchanges it for someone's entry that has a similar amount of characters. This can be done in order to avoid getting disappointed if you stay and write a long entry and get in exchange a single sentence.
A company can develop this and give it for free to its users who can share the experiences they've had with the products they've bought from the website.
Simple interface. Screen for writing and an inventory page where you can stock the journal entries you have gotten in exchange.
After a while, you can also exchange the journal entries you've received for other journal entries.
A limited amount of journal entries is set per day.
If an user received an entry that they found to be spam or to contain nothing at all, they can report the user to the developers who can afterwards check the users activity and sanction him accordingly.
You could also use this APP at a convention. Tell all of the participants about the app and once they come to the convention, they can start writing in it and exchanging stories and info with anonymous people from the convention. Either way, people will use it to gossip, praise others or just simply talk. Moderating has to take place, of course, You don't really want people talking shit about each other.
A company should do this and create a community for all their customers that buy gimmicks. This way the users can share with one another ideas they've had using the gimmicks, issues they've solved, performance patters and whatsonot. It can be a good APP if it's used in a smart way.
